Sophie Fidler, one of our location designers, shares her notes, thoughts and inspirations behind Soho's newest workspace.

Our newest London space is located in the centre of the city. In fact, it's located directly across the street from Liberty of London(an all-time favorite), in a gorgeous, four-storey Tudor-style building. It's pretty hard to miss.

Inside 32-34 Great Marlborough is a suite dressed to impress. High ceilings, an open floor plan, and large windows make the space airy and bright. Since it's located in the fashion district, the color palette was kept light and neutral, providing a perfect location for photoshoots, events, or top-secret meetings to discuss your new fashion line.

The workspace half of the unit is able to accommodate 16 at a long desk, and is equipped with two glass boards and a wall-mounted flatscreen with AV equipment. The lounge area can comfortably seat another five. Each of these areas are extremely well lit; it's a dreamy place to host off-sites, pop-up shops, and other events.

The space also showcases some pretty fantastic pieces. In the lounge, a blue wall hanging by Fine Little Day Shop hangs beside a book rack. Over in the workspace, the tabletop features terracotta planters by Ferm Living. Also, the most unassuming (and most beautiful) coat rack, also from Ferm Living, hangs from two pieces of leather.

If you need somewhere elegant to meet in central London, it doesn't get much better than 32-34 Great Marlborough.

Love lofts? So do we.
