Need to know
- To comply with social distancing guidelines, some buildings may limit occupancy in lobby areas and elevators — and may also require wearing face masks and gloves. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reservation start time in case there are any delays accessing your Breather space.
- Guests can arrive 10 minutes prior to their reservation, please leave the space at your designated time. Your rental only includes the private room for booking, the outside gallery space is NOT included. Unauthorized use of the gallery space may result in a fine of $275.
- No smoking in the building.
- Simple catering/food is allowed, strong flavor food is not allowed. Loud music is also not permitted.
- Please leave the room in the same condition you found it in. You agree to reimburse for repair or replacement costs relating to the damage or loss of any property that occurs during your rental time.
- Please note the rental is only for the meeting room, NOT the outside gallery space. This means no moving any furniture (chairs included) or leaving belongings outside the meeting room. If you abuse these conditions, a $275/hr rate will be added to your booking cost.
